There are various ways of plastic mold processing for different products. Today we want to introduce a special and latest plastic mold processing method. According to the relative motion between the tool electrode and the workpiece, the special processing methods of plastic molds can be divided into electrical discharge perforation molding, electrical discharge wire cutting, and so on. This processing method can be used for processing complex integral concave molds, directly using its own slope for processing, and also for processing punching clearances. This method is more wear-resistant and has a longer lifespan. Plastic mold manufacturing has the advantages of improving mold processing accuracy, simplifying mold structure, improving durability, and shortening the entire work cycle.
The split surface of the plastic mold should be smooth, without pits, rust spots, handwheels, air circulation, and without depressions or cracks in the sealing part.
The plastic mould sets the mould, moves the muscle position of the mould, and the surface of the cylinder should be free of fire marks and knife marks, so as to be completed.
The plastic mold has no thin blade structure when inserted, the angle is greater than 2 degrees, and there are no defects such as black marks or piercing.
The module product in the plastic mold cavity is symmetrical on both sides, so it needs to display the left or right side. If the customer has requirements for the position and size, they should be met, otherwise they should be placed in a place that does not affect the appearance and assembly.
Plastic molds have similar marks, so it is easy to mix when installed.
It is necessary to add pressure balance blocks and nitrogen treatment on the surface of large and medium-sized molds.
The non-integral surface dynamic mode should be inserted into the fixed mode, or the fixed mode should be inserted into the dynamic mode. At the same time, the inclined slop should be locked and the air should be avoid.
The plastic mold, mold frame, and injection part meet the technical requirements of mold development.
Customer requirements for engraving text on the surface of plastic mold products.
In order to avoid unnecessary waste of time and control various process conditions, we need patience to adjust and control the best conditions of temperature and pressure, test the injection mold standards in the testing process, and establish methods that can be used in daily work. The main steps of plastic mold testing are as follows:
Check whether the plastic material in the barrel is correct and bake it as required.
The material tube should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent bad rubber or mixed materials from entering the mold, because bad rubber and mixed materials will block the mold. Check the temperature of the material tube and mold to see if it is suitable for the raw materials.
Adjust the pressure and injection to produce a satisfactory product appearance, but if it can't run, especially if the cavity and some finished products are not completely frozen, various control conditions should be considered. Before adjustment, because the mold filling rate changes a little, it will lead to great changes.
Wait patiently for the machine and mold to be in a stable state, which may take more than 30 minutes, even for medium-sized machines. Use this time to see what potential problems the final product may have.
The screw forward time should not be less than the solidification time of the material at the gate, otherwise it will reduce the weight of the finished product and damage the performance of the finished product. When the mold is heated, prolong the forward time of the screw and compress the finished product.
Reasonably adjust and reduce the entire processing cycle.
The new stable state needs at least 30 minutes, and then continuously produce at least 12 complete shaped products at the most date, quantity, and separate location according to the mold cavity, check the stability of the operation and the reasonable control of the export tolerance.
Measure and record the important dimensions of continuous samples (cooled to room temperature).
